Re: Written comment in regards to Agenda Item: 10.A (Intentionally placed agenda Item to secure financial resources in an expedited matter)
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, History repeats -
It's highly recommended to abandon the motivation to potentially accommodate financial resources from city residents as fast as possible (Agenda Items: 9.A-1 & 2) It's shameful that the current City Manager decided to support having this agenda Item (10.A) listed on this date. It's reasonable to have ANY closed session topics addressed during the NEXT regular scheduled City Council meeting if REPORTABLE Action was conducted.
It appears that predetermined actions from closed session (non-public) meeting were prepared to accommodate the current City Manager at the costs of taxpayers (city residents).
Consider ethical standards and honorable actions before accepting another underserved (publicly observed) fleecing of city resources from self-serving political elements (city council).
Please reconsider any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions.
