Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 1.C. (Roll Call) Dear current elected and appointed City of Rancho Mirage Council members, It's reasonable to consider that City of Rancho Mirage administrators have been instructed to make radical political maneuvers to reduce and or eliminate public participation during public meetings held under it's authority. It's clear that public meeting agendas have been modified to enlist additional agencies under "one" meeting location/date/time. Also, ongoing efforts to identify agenda Items that continues to change "weekly" from city officials (example: agenda Item: 1C. have been changed to 1.C) with NO advance notice or announcement to city residents. Compromised officials have repeatedly demonstrated to illustrate non-transparency of city of Rancho Mirage operations and willingness to dictate non- American values.
Non-American values such as having an appointed City Council member (Fromberg Edelstein) serve an extreme extended period of time in her current position "should" be publicly announced during city of Rancho Mirage officially conducted public meetings (Roll Call). That open announcement should state that she's NOT an elected official and serves at the will of other city council members.
Please don't take any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions.
