Re: Written comment in regards to Agenda Item(s): 5.B,5.C & 5.D (written city of Rancho Mirage Council meeting(s) minutes of: May 8, 2025 (Special study session) and May 15, 2025 (Regular scheduled City Council meeting) and May 15, 2025 (Special Housing Authority Board meeting (ONLY))
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, As this special city council is well aware, actions of city officials were conspired upon to limit residents ability to be recognized and recorded accurately within written meeting minutes of city constructed (controlled) precived open public meetings.
It continues to be alarming that city of Rancho Mirage officials have rearranged it's long held established method of meeting agenda format(s) in a blanted attempt to disenfranchised public testimony being announced during public meetings held under it's authority (non-agenda public comment).
Please take appropriate action to correct the subversion of good governance from city officials. Public Hearing(s) and the undesirables actions of city officials to rapidly exploit the bad practices that were approved by city council and other actions that were not openly disclosed to the general public before being advanced are in violation of state of California regulation and best practices in regards to open public meetings.
Notice of violations were repeatedly mentioned (official noticed) - its demanded to cease and desist with unlawful actions and ethically suspicious activity of City of Rancho Mirage officials.
Please don't take any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions.
