Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 7.C (2025/26 & 2026/27 fiscal year(s) proposed Budget)
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, It's reasonable to consider that "most" city residents haven't heard of or had the opportunity to inspect/review City of Rancho Mirage officials proposed upcoming muilt year operational budget.

Please be advised that every proposed Resolution in regards to Agenda Item: 7.C wasn't available for public Inspection over the City of Rancho Mirage controlled website within the (72) hour requirement of public meeting notification. Notification was sent to city officials in regards to the above listed issues with absolutely No response received from city officials to date of my request for correction to the citys website. It was also noticed that proper meeting notifications (agenda) wasn't available at the Rancho Mirage library within the requirements set by California code.

It's reasonable to consider that the proposed Budget is overwhelmingly generous to city controlled services with little regard to the city residents and businesses that financially support city operations.

It's highly recommended to oppose (abandon) the recommendation of increasing the little known redistribution of taxpayers resources (precived grants) to non-profits of the suggested extreme amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000.00). And it's NOT in the best Interests of city residents to Increase the city constructed (controlled) subcommittee (Culture Commission) operational budget in the amount of THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($37,5000.00).

Overall the controlled subcommittee "Culture Commission" may have good intentions, but having the same entrenched political appointees assigned to that special Intrested subcommittee that routinely enjoys public supplied lunches at taxpayer's expense is extreme and insensitive to city residents that financially support city operations.

Sincerely,
Brad Anderson | 37043 Ferber Dr. Rancho Mirage, CA. 92270 Cc:
