Attention: Clerk of the Board
Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 8.A (CLOSE SESSION topic) - employee performance evaluation (city clerk - K. Ramos)
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, It's reasonable to consider that the current contracted City Clerk has had her work load (commitments) reduced and or eliminated. That reduction in on-going work requirements should SAVE time and resources according to city staff reports in regards to the citys clerk's office willingness to censor written meeting minutes (missused titled: Action Minutes procedure) of public testimony that's freely volunteered during city held precived open public meetings.

Other gross overreach (misuse) of her authority pretending to elections held through the citys clerk's office. Potential misread city costs for selected election cycle and willingness to advanced selected persons ahead of others that requested forms (pulling papers) for Riverside County candidates for selected political office(s).

Please be advised that the current City Clerks office have gone to great lengths to censor city appointees (candidates) from public disclosure.

It's highly recommended to have the highest quality of people serve city residents and abandon having city controlled contracted employees (city manager/legal counsel and city clerk) ONLY represent individual city council members that have a potential Intrested in disruptive avenues against others that seek political offices and or accountability of current city officials.

Sincerely,
Brad Anderson | 37043 Ferber Dr. Rancho Mirage, CA. 92270 Cc:
