Attention: Clerk of the Board / City Manager / City Council Re: Demand for corrections in regards to Agenda Item: 10.A. of the City of Rancho Mirage Council meeting dated July 17, 2025.
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, It's demanded that corrective action be taken to right an injustice that took place during Agenda Item: 10.A. of the city of Rancho Mirage Council meeting of July 17, 2025. As this unique council is aware, unusual maneuvers were used by city officials to discriminate against a selected Individual that was denied agenda Item information (proposed revisions to city clerks/board secretary employment agreement) prior to being required to address the legislative body with (public testimony) that was requested by that individual.
Common sense should dictate that denying all information pertaining to Agenda Item: 10.A. to the public that desired to provide Public testimony in regards to that topic (agenda Item) until
after public comments were required to be heard from that special city council is nonsensical.
It's reasonable to consider that currently the city of Rancho Mirage Council has been compromised and have decided to act unprofessional and deny the general public their right to have the same information that the legislative body has for consideration of agenda Item:
10.A. (and others) prior to providing Public testimony (if public testimony is desired by individuals of the public).
Please respond to this demand within a REASONABLE amount of time (10 working days).
Sincerely,
Brad Anderson | 37043 Ferber Dr. Rancho Mirage, CA. 92270 Cc:
