Re: Written letter to be entered in the public record in regards to Agenda Item: 6.A. (PUBLIC HEARING)
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, Please be informed that the City of Rancho Mirage current requirements of having written statements submitted at least three (3) hours in advance of it's meeting(s) and the citys requirement of having "written public comments received during meeting(s) will be distributed to the legislative body(ies) and made available to the public following the meeting are illegal and unethical actions in regards to California State conducted public hearings.
It's reasonable to consider that city officials are willing to increase costs to extreme measures while expelling additional resources that are under reported to the general population.
Reasonable costs for selected services should be a priority for city operations.
Please don't take any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions.
