Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 5.B (Rancho Mirage Mobilehome Fair Practices Commission Membership)
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, Please review my written statements listed below prior to the consideration of agenda Item:
5.B. - Consideration of making "changes" to the Mobilehome Fair Practices Commission membership.
Again, the city of Rancho Mirage has been able to schedule an agenda Item (5.B.) without any form of easy-to-obtain city supplied "staff report" or a common sense titled description.
No staff report was available and No description other than "making changes" were listed for public disclosure in regards to agenda Item 5.B. of the city of Rancho Mirage Council meeting agenda scheduled for September 18, 2025 (1:PM).
It's reasonable to consider that city officials again desired to hide aspects from the general public in regards to agenda Item: 5.B. and the true intentions set for City of Rancho Mirage Council members.
Please don't take any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of how the city of Rancho Mirage has impeded public disclosure of public information once again.
