Mayor Weill recessed the meeting at 9:34 A.M.
4.RECONVENE AT 11:30 A.M. AT OMNI RANCHO LAS PALMAS
The meeting was reconvened, at 11:30 A.M. at Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort, with all council members present.

The City Council presented the 2025 Rancho Mirage State of the City address.
