Dear Mayor and City Council Members,
Subject: Re: 1/15/26 agenda item Sc approval of minutes of last council meeting I respectfully submi t this written comment regarding th e approving the minutes of the p1ior City Council meeting. Agenda item Sc on the Jan. 15 , 2026 Agenda.
At the last meeting I spoke at the Public Hearing regarding the Ri tz Carlton specifically Sky Mesa and the 3.88 acres of mountain rese1ve.
While I am listed in the minutes under comments from nearby residents concerning noise and lighting impacts, my public comments raised concerns related to wildlife impacts and regulato1y compliance, including issues associated with biological resources and environmental review.
For the sake of accuracy and completeness of the public record, I respectfully request th at the minutes be clarified to reflect that my comments were not limi ted to neighborhood quality-of-life concerns, but addressed wildlife and environmental considerations related to the project.
I am not requesting reconsideration of any action take n at that meeting-o nly that the minutes accurately summruize the scope of my public testimony.
Thank you for your atte ntio n to this con ection .
Respectfully submitted,

Dear Mayor and City Council Members,
Subject: Re: 1/15/26 agenda item 5c approval of minutes of last council meeting I respectfully submit this written comment regarding the approving the minutes of the prior City Council meeting. Agenda item 5c on the Jan. 15, 2026 Agenda.
At the last meeting I spoke at the Public Hearing regarding the Ritz- Carlton specifically Sky Mesa and the 3.88 acres of mountain reserve.
While I am listed in the minutes under comments from nearby residents concerning noise and lighting impacts, my public comments raised concerns related to wildlife impacts and regulatory compliance, including issues associated with biological resources and environmental review.
For the sake of accuracy and completeness of the public record, I respectfully request that the minutes be clarified to reflect that my comments were not limited to neighborhood quality-of-life concerns, but addressed wildlife and environmental considerations related to the project.
I am not requesting reconsideration of any action taken at that meeting—only that the minutes accurately summarize the scope of my public testimony.
Thank you for your attention to this correction.
Respectfully submitted,
Michael Harrington
