WEALTH MANAGEMENT HI HETRA R
January 1, 2026
My name is Robert L. Schein, AIF, and I am the Managing Director, Partner, and Chief Investment Officer of Hightower/Blanke Schein Wealth Management, located in Palm Desert, California. I am extremely proud of our firm's more than fifty-year history in the Coachella Valley and I am also proud to represent the RSH Foundation and its Global Wildlife Discovery Museum. As Managing Director, I personally oversee the RSH Foundation portfolio, and can present to you the following:
• The Foundation has sufficient funds to cover all costs on a cash basis for the Global Wildlife Discovery Museum land and construction, including improvements to the site's parking lot, sidewalks, and related infrastructure. It is anticipated that the Museum will cost in excess of $16 million to build, excluding the purchase price of the land. The Foundation is not seeking public assistance for the construction of the Museum. • While state and federal rules for fiduciaries of Foundations do not allow specific disclosure of fund balances or investment strategies, the Foundation does have sufficient funds to cover not only the construction costs, but also the ongoing maintenance and operational costs of the Global Wildlife Discovery Museum for many decades to come. The Global Wildlife Discovery Museum is the Foundation's primary beneficiary, and the portfolio will provide ongoing, steady dividends sufficient to support the Museum's operations. As the Museum becomes more rooted within our community it is anticipated other donors will step forward to bolster the financial vitality of the Museum's ongoing operations and eventually establish a financial endowment.
• The primary benefactor of the RSH Foundation is a long-time resident of the Coachella Valley and has requested his privacy be respected. We will continue to honor this request as we enjoy the gift of this incredible Museum to our community.

Very truly yours,
Radeite 4. .Sclseu2
