B6 Co ns truc ti o n History li ne 8 should read "In 1980, a new ow ner added ..... ". Skelton sold t he property in 1979 . Attac hed is a copy of t he deed transfer .
4 . T he last sentence of B6 Co ns tru c ti o n History on page 2 is redundant and can be deleted .
5. B9b Builder on page 2 should read Foreman & Sons, Inc. The 1955, 1956 and 1957 building permits were issued to Foreman.
6. The paragraph following Applicable Criteria on page 2 states "The home was occupied by Richard "Red" Skelton until 1986...". Since he sold in 1979, that needs changed to "...until 1979. He later moved to a ranch..."
I realize it's late in the process but, hopefully, corrections can still be made.
