Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 5.A. (Written [Draft] meeting minutes of Rancho Mirage City Council (and numerous other self-appointed organizations) March 5, 2026 regular conducted public meeting).
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, Please review my written statement listed below prior to the consideration of agenda Item:
5.A. (meeting minutes).
Position: In Opposition (as presented)
It's critical that true and accurate written summary (meeting minutes) of California State organizations (City of Rancho Mirage) public meeting(s) be recorded and retained for the public record (California State regulations and best practices protocols).
City of Rancho Mirage (political sub -component of California State) has and activity continue to censor verbal testimony supplied during public meetings held under it's authority. As Rancho Mirage City officials are well aware of their potential unlawful actions of censorship techniques in regards to public hearing topics continues to be disturbing and concerning to witness. The long established approached to potential legal ramifications being avoided from provided concerns (public testimony/comment) ONLY being recognized during public hearings. And NOW having the little (Small) City of Rancho Mirage council rule that public continents will No -Longer be recognized and or recorded wit iin the official public record from city proceedings (public meetings/hearings) is potentially criminal.
It's highly recommended to recognize and recorded public testimony in the same fashion as others (friends of city officials and City officials) have been recorded within City construction and controlled written meeting minutes.
It's reasonable to consider that city officials have puposely clouded transparency of city operations to have current City Council members and their activities sheltered from public disclosure.
Please be advised that ALL of the verbal testimony provided during the City of Rancho Mirage public meeting of March 5, 2026 (Agenda Item: 8. - NON-AGENDA PUBLIC COMMENTS) was not recorded within the official public record of that proceeding (Written recorded meeting minutes) excluding supplied names given.
Simply the current City Council and it's administrative staff have been compromised by yet to be publicly determined progressive elements of the destruction of honorable governance.
Please refrain from any futher reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions expressed.
