Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 2.B. (Presentation/Shay's Warriors) Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, Please review my written statement listed below prior to the consideration of agenda Item:
2.B
Usually after having a forced presentation delivered on the general public during a California State public meeting (people's business) their will be a sizable financial donation made to the presenter from the legislative body (City of Rancho Mirage).
Please be reminded of current City Council member (Downs) open verbal statement of how presentations are brought to city council meetings (ONLY ONE COUNCIL MEMBER MAY REQUEST A PRESENTER to address city officials). Of course that and MANY other city council actions are concealed from open Public disclosure.
It's reasonable to consider that the presenter (Shay's Warriors) are a Special Interest of the current unelected (by a city wide election) of City Council appointed Council member (Fromberg Edelstein).
Please consider ethical standards of your current political position (City Council members) while attempting to support special Interests with city resources.
Please refrain from any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions expressed.
