As you are aware, No response has been received from city officials to date in regards to my written statement of not being allowed to provide public testimony at that city controlled meeting forum ( precived town hall event - dated: May 7, 2026) Please refrain from any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate sumrnary of concerns and opinions.

Re: denied access
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members and City employees, As you are aware, my individual partispation in yesterday's (May 7, 2026 - 6:PM) precived "Town Hall meeting" was denied by city officials.
My repeated attempts to be heard (noticed) was ignored by city administrators during that unique and unusual "Zoom" plantform "ONLY" public meeting (titled: Town Hall meeting).
It's reasonable to consider that Rancho Mirage City officials were able to exclude my active participation in that form of a city controlled public meeting (event).
Please review my written statement listed below that would of been stated at yesterday's episode (Town Hall event) - if I was allowed by city officials to partispate (provide Public testimony).
Simply, City of Rancho Mirage Council and administration can't be trusted to control any unearned monies (TAXES) that is in addition (proposed Increase of local Sale Tax by: ONE PERCENT) to city resources already established.
The Citys willingness to limit Public participation during open Public meetings held under it's authority and eliminating (censoring) verbal testimony of city residents and guests is reason enough to restrict the current City administration of its authority.
The Citys willingness to build an extream financial resource reserve (once over Seventy Million dollars is worthy of investigation on its own).
It's critical that Rancho Mirage City Council members be recognized as being potentially compromised by influences that may include financial gains and or other interests.
It's highly recommended that city council members consider resigning their assignment (Appointed and elected positions) as representatives of the people's interests.
Please refrain from any futher reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions.
