Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 8.F. (multi- Resolutions with No Identifiers in regards to election process/City Council)
Dear current elected and long-term appointed City Council members, Please review my written statement prior to the consideration of this agenda Item.

ITS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT ALL THREE (3) CURRENT CITY COUNCIL

MEMBERS THAT ARE REQUIRED TO REAPPLY FOR THEIR CURRENT CITY COUNCIL POSITION - DO NOT SEEK RE/ELECTION.

It's reasonable that City residents that didn't drectly benefit from having selected political driven city council members in there current position have NOT seen improvements to their daily lives or financial resources. Having witness the degradation of long held established best practices protocols of governmental duties and responsibilities from City of Rancho Mirage administration (city council) has been shameful and disgraceful. Quality of life and once uncluttered (clean) city streets and sidewalks have been replaced with city administrators greed to manage consultants instead of creating honorable jobs (employment opportunities) for residents of our City.

Please be reminded that prior to the year of 2021 City Council members enjoyed the security of a unique and unusual political maneuver of April elections for city council members. It's reasonable to consider that city officials desire to limit public participation and censor Public discord if possible before 2021 and clearly simlar behavior exsist with the current City Council.

It's highly recommended that city officials (Appointed City Clerk) makes an open verbal announcement of the costs (expenses) associated with having Riverside County Register of Voters provided services to the City of Rancho Mirage for its general municipal election for November 3, 2026. Also. It's critical that ALL persons wishing to apply for city council consider that their provided appointment to meet with the City Clerk maybe manipulated to allow current City Council members to optimize their authority.

It's reasonable to recognize and recommend that candates share experiences of the application

process that they had with city officials in the attempt to allow "some" transparency of the actions of our "Citys Election Official" (Appointed City Clerk).

It's reasonable that an "ALL-MAIL BALLOT ELECTION" maybe problematic due to recent investigation(s) of voter fraud opinions and statements in Riverside County. It's reasonable that having at least one city In-Person voting establishment would be a postive experience to true American values and good governance.

It's predictable that city officials will disregard the suggestions provided and continue with poor governance as long as possible.

It's highly recommended to abandon the notion of futher reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions.

Sincerely,
Brad Anderson | 37043 Ferber Dr. Rancho Mirage, CA. 92270 Cc:
