Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 7.C. (Proposed action to correct an foreseeable financial issue)
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, Current City of Rancho Mirage Administration unreasonably financial blunder, and what appears to be several attempts to correct that potential oversight with No known public disclosure of city officials actions in regards to transparency of city financial operations during the citys ambitions to increase a local sales tax is inexcusable.
Clearly city officials (City Manager) maybe unsuitable for his current employment position(s). It's highly recommended that a subcommittee be formed (finance committee) to review and recommend city council actions in regards to city financial resources. It's possible that unbiased community members could foresee potential conflict of interest or other poor management practices or protocols before millions of dollars are misappropriated.
Please refrain from any futher reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions expressed.
