As city officials are aware of not being responsive to my request - placement of this correspondent is requested into the official public record.
Please refrain from any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions expressed.

Attention: whom it may concern and or Assistant Planner (L. Perez) Re: concerns in regard to construction activities of the proposed development titled: Global
Wildlife Discovery Museum
Dear Whom it may concern - Rancho Mirage City Official(s), As you may already be aware, the required signage that details the proposed development title (Name) and permit number associated with a contact telephone number to report excessive DUST or other contaminants originating from that construction location:
69934 Hwy 111, Rancho Mirage, CA. 92270
APN(s): 689-040-023, 689-040-025 & 689-040-028
Permit Number: E25000158
Global Wildlife Discovery Museum
The sign mentioned above has missing numbers detailing the easily readable boldly listed telephone number for reporting DUST coming from that project site. The telephone number detailed: (760-250- 102 ) is unusable and may disenfranchise concern citizens from becoming involved from reporting environmental pollution discharges.
Other contact telephone numbers were listed, but that information would only be easily accessible if approached by foot. It's unlikely that persons that desired to contact authorities in regard to DUST or other contaminants originating from that site would walk from another property location to view that signs information (other contact telephone numbers) printed in smaller letters and numbers. The missing numbers are much bigger and in bold printing, making them easily accessible to moving vehicles to identify.
It's highly recommended to correct that "potential oversight" with the required procedure for signage that could be seen by vehicular traffic while driving by that sign "in it's current position" and NOT having individuals potentially being harmed by exposing themselves to potential environmental ramifications from that site while unprotected from their vehicle or other enclosure to view the smaller printed contact telephone numbers listed on that construction sign.
Also, it's recommended that additional efforts be expelled to remove collected debris from highway 111 and easement from Highway 111 to the construction propertie(s). It's reasonable that the excessive garbage (TRASH) along the street and on the sidewalk may cause unnecessary damage to vehicles and or the walking/biking Public that pass-by that location.
Other distractions noticed, is a bright unshielded light that is focused "towards" Highway 111 during nighttime/early morning hours.
It's reasonable that excessive private sector business advertisement(s) placed on construction property fencing of the proposed Global Wildlife Discovery Museum development may cause unnecessary distraction to highway traffic (Highway 111) near that location.
Other major projects (with city support) has similar situations to advertise for selected contractors (Eisenhower Medical Center/Country Club Drive) development project has advisements placed on their temporary construction fencing.
It's concerning that other City construction sites wouldn't be allowed to have advantages of having advertising on limited time constructed fences. It's reasonable that PUBLIC SAFETY should be considered in the attempt to potential avoid hazards such as (distractive driving) by not awarding major city sponsored projects with advantage that others wouldn't receive.
Hopefully the financial resources that originated from an unknown (Not publicly announced)
source will allow that project to continue being recognized and prepared as a "Museum" to completion. It's predictable that potentially non-profit status will be seeked, much liked other City sponsored organization Children's Discovery Museum of the Desert that has relied on city funds to survive and have it's authority members thrive.
Please refrain from any reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions expressed in regard to the fast-tracked unusual development project - titled: Global Wildlife Discovery Museum.
Sincerely,
