Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 5.A. (proposed recommendation to approve inaccurate and incomplete recorded meeting minutes of city proceedings of September 3, 2026 - PUBLIC HEARING TOPIC - AGENDA ITEM: 5.A. Draft written meeting minutes.
Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, It's reasonable to deny the potential pre-determined city council approval of the draft written meeting minutes of the regular city council meeting that took place on the date of September 3, 2026 (1:PM).
As this body and administrative staff is well aware, city officials have decided to eliminate accountability and deny city residents the opportunity to be recognized and recorded accurately within written meeting minutes controlled by city officials.
The unlawful actions of city of Rancho Mirage officials to rapidly exploit their censorship techniques have been remarkable. Please be advised that California State regulations required that an accurate summary of concerns and opinions expressed be recognized and recorded within the official public record (written meeting minutes). As this unique body of elected and appointed (by elected officials ONLY) City Council members are well aware of the Citys radical political maneuvers to withdraw/withhold citizens public testimony and position (stances) indicated (if any) from being recorded within the Citys constructed/controlled public meeting minutes (PUBLIC HEARING TOPIC'S).
Please be advised that this and prior attempts to have City of Rancho Mirage officials comply with California's public meetings protocols and best practices will be forwarded to Intrested parties. It's highly recommended to avoid potential hazards that may impact city government in a negative fashion and of course waste public resources defending corrupted aspects associated with the City's desire for censorship activities.
Please refrain from any future reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions expressed.
Sincerely,
Brad Anderson | 37043 Ferber Dr. Rancho Mirage, CA. 92270 Cc:
