Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 5.A.. (Censored written meeting minutes of September 17, 2026 Regular conducted Rancho Mirage Council meeting) Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, Be advised that the presented draft written meeting minutes of September 17, 2026 City of Rancho Mirage Council meeting has censored aspects associated with ONLY meeting partispates (PUBLIC speakers) that supplied public testimony during that open Public meeting.
It's reasonable that City of Rancho Mirage officials desire to limit (eliminate) all written (recorded) verbal testimony supplied during public meetings held under it's authority. That unique and unusual censorship technique maybe purely a political maneuver to potentially disenfranchise public involvement during California State public meetings held under it's authority.
City of Rancho Mirage officials have used it's authority to harm private property owners (City Residents) with its unannounced public meeting formatted protocols that harm transparency and damaged public trust.
Please refrain from any further reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions expressed.
