Re: Written testimony in regards to Agenda Item: 8. (Non-Agenda Public comment) Dear current elected and appointed City Council members, Please "consider" reviewing attached email dated October 6, 2026 (2:07PM) addressed to city officials plus other correspondences. Also. It's worth noting, that selected email addresses attached to City of Rancho Mirage officials (PUBLIC Works) have "blocked incoming emails from my (Gmail) account. This matter was forwarded to Rancho Mirage contracted Vendor (City Manager) with No Response to date.
Do-Better, (Do the Right Thing) with no expectation of praise.
Please refrain from any further reprisal actions against my private property or person for reporting this true and accurate summary of concerns and opinions expressed.

Dear City of Rancho Mirage (Public Works),
It's unlikely this request will be delivered and or recognized by city officials.
Yesterday (October 5, 2026) while walking to City Hall it was noticed (Again - every time I walk this path -) debris (Nails/Screews other Items) in the Street. (I actually removed an estimated 20+ nails at the intersection of Frank Sinatra Dr. and Hwy 111) yesterday.
It's highly recommended to clean the gutters (No Not the City Council) the City streets of in collected debris.
Really appreciate if you could investigate this repeated claim.

Re: Request for deceased animal removal
Dear City of Rancho Mirage administration,
Please be advised that a dead animal has been in the roadway (South on Hwy 111 just past Via Florencio in the fast lane (most left roadway traffic lane)) for a number of days now.
