5.B.Appointment to the Rancho Mirage Community Cultural Commission — RECOMMENDED ACTION: Appoint Sandra Mossbrook to serve on the Rancho Mirage Community Cultural Commission for the remainder of the current term.
5.C.Extension of Completion Date for Parcel Map No. 38106 (GHA Paloma Group - Via Josefina) — RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize an Amendment to the Subdivision Improvement Agreement, which provides for the extension of the completion date for Parcel Map 38106 until November 6, 2027.
5.D.Implementation of CVAG’s Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee (TUMF) Inflation Adjustment for Calendar Year 2027 as Required by CVAG
— RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution No. 2026-(Next-in-Order), Implementing the Coachella Valley Association of Government’s (CVAG) Inflation Adjustment for the Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee (TUMF) Collected by the City of Rancho Mirage as Required by CVAG for Calendar Year 2027.
