The meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Present: Mayor Anne D.
Figueroa, Mayor Pro Tempore Jerry Holloway, Council Members L. Anthony Beall, Carol A.
Gamble (arrived at 5:02 p.m.) and Bradley J. McGirr (5). Absent: None (0). Council Member McGirr led the Salute to the flag.
Staff Present: Jennifer M. Cervantez, City Manager; Greg Simonian, City Attorney; Amy Diaz, City Clerk.
