The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Present: Mayor Anne D.
Figueroa, Council Members L. Anthony Beall, Carol A. Gamble and Bradley J. McGirr (4).
Absent: Mayor Pro Tempore Jerry Holloway (1). Council Member McGirr led the Salute to the flag.
Staff Present: Jennifer M. Cervantez, City Manager; Greg Simonian, City Attorney; Amy Diaz, City Clerk.
