Public Works Director/City Engineer Dugan invited Patricia Trauth, Principal Landscape Architect, and Barry Cowan, Associate Principal/Project Manager, with Glenn A. Rick Engineering and Development Co., forward who presented the preferred design concepts for the Antonio Parkway Gateway Improvements project.
Mayor Holloway opened the item to City Council questions of staff.
