The City Council Chambers are fully open to the public in compliance with current guidelines from the California Department of Public Health regarding indoor meetings.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kristen Schreder with the following Council Members present: Michael Dacquisto, Mark Mezzano, Erin Resner, and Julie Winter.
Also present were: City Manager Barry Tippin, Assistant City Manager Sheri DeMaagd, City Attorney Barry DeWalt, Executive Assistant Amber DalPoggetto , and Assistant City Clerk Sharlene TIpton called the roll prior to leaving the Closed Session meeting.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Schreder determined that no one present wished to address the items agendized for Closed Session.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 5:15 p.m., Mayor Schreder opened the Special Meeting and announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session.

Property location: Latona Road, Assessor’s Parcel No. 050-090-026 Agency Negotiator: Director of Community Services Niemer Negotiating Parties: City of Redding and Redding Foundation Under Negotiation: Price and Terms
Pursuant to Government Code section 54957.1(a), a consensus of the City Council accepted an offer of dedication of land located at Latone Road (adjacent to the Kapusta Open Space) from the Redding Foundation at zero cost.
