The City Council Chambers are fully open to the public in compliance with current guidelines from the California Department of Public Health regarding indoor meetings.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tempore Mark Mezzano with the following Council Members present: Erin Resner and Julie Winter. Mayor Kristen Schreder and Vice Mayor Michael Dacquisto were absent.
Also present were: City Manager Barry Tippin, Assistant City Manager Sheri DeMaagd, City Attorney Barry DeWalt , Executive Assistant Luisa Klapperich , and Assistant City Clerk Sharlene Tipton called the roll prior to leaving the Closed Session meeting.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Pro Tempore Mezzano determined that no one present wished to address the items agendized for Closed Session.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 5:46 p.m., Mayor Pro Tempore Mezzano opened the Special Meeting and announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session.
