he City Council Chambers are fully open to the public in compliance with current guidelines from the California Department of Public Health regarding indoor meetings.

he meeting was called to order by Vice Mayor Mark Mezzano with the following Council Members present: Tenessa Audette, Jack Munns, and Julie Winter. Mayor Michael Dacquisto was absent.
Also present were: City Manager Barry Tippin , Assistant City Manager Sheri DeMaagd, Assistant City Manager Steve Bade, and City Attorney Barry DeWalt. Executi ve Assistant Amber DalPoggetto called the roll prior to leaving the Closed Session meeting.

ice Mayor Mezzano determined that no one present wished to address the items agendized for Closed Session.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 5:18 p.m., Vice Mayor Mezzano opened the Special Meeting and announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session.

There being no further business, Vice Mayor Mezzano declared the meeting adjourned at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
