The meeting was called to order by Mayor Michael Dacquisto with the following Council Members present: Tenessa Audette, Mark Mezzano, Jack Munns, and Julie Winter.
Also present: City Manager Barry Tippin, Assistant City Manager Steve Bade, City Attorney Barry E. DeWalt, City Clerk Sharlene Tipton, and Assistant City Clerk Anette Cates.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 5: 15 p.m., Mayor Dacquisto opened the Special Meeting and announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session.
