The meeting was called to order by Mayor Michael Dacquisto with the following Council Members present: Tenessa Audette, Mark Mezzano, Jack Munns, and Julie Winter.
Also present: City Manager Barry Tippin, Assistant City Manager Steve Bade, and City Attorney Barry E. DeWalt.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 9:00 a.m., Mayor Dacquisto opened the Special Meeting and announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session.
At the hour of 10:40 a.m., Mayor Dacquisto reconvened the Special Meeting to Open Session and reported that in reference to:
