NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Redding City Council is hereby called by the undersigned and under the authority vested in her by Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California. The meeting is to take place at the date, time, and location listed above.
This meeting will include teleconference participation by Mayor Tenessa Audette (Government Code Section 54953). In addition to the meeting location above, members of the public may participate in the meeting from the following teleconference location:

Community Services
3.1. Consider termination of Contract with Big League Dreams Redding, LLC.
Recommendation:
Authorize the following actions relative to the Sports Park (Park) Lease Agreement (C-0458) with Big League Dreams Redding, LLC:
(1) Authorize the termination of the Pa rk Lease Agreement (C -0458) with Big League Dreams Redding, LLC in accordance with Section 17 of the Lease Agreement effective immediately; and
(2) Direct staff to explore options for the future operations and maintenance of the Park, to include but not be lim ited to, operating the Park in -house and issuing a Request for Proposals for a third-party operator.
4. ADJOURNMENT
