NOTICE AND AGENDA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Redding City Council is hereby called by the undersigned and under the authority vested in him by Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California. The meeting is to take place at the date, time, and location listed above.
This meeting will include teleconfer ence participation by Vice Mayor Paul Dhanuka (Government Code Section 54953). In addition to the meeting location above, members of the public may participate in the meeting from the following teleconference location:

2.1. Consider Resolution to confirm and ratify the City of Redding Proclamation declaring a local emergency due to flooding.
Recommendation:
Adopt Resolution to confirm and rat ify the Proclamation of the Director of Emergency Services declaring a local emergency.
