Redding City Council, Special Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 4:47 p.m. by Mayor Mike Littau with the following Council Members present: Dr. Paul Dhanuka, and Jack Munns. Mayor Pro Tempore Erin Resner participated telephonically. Council Member Tenessa Audette arrived at 4:48 p.m. All votes were taken by roll call.
Also present: City Attorney Christian M. Curtis, City Manager William Tarbox, Interim Assistant City Manager Michael Webb, City Clerk Sharlene Tipton, and Executive Assistant II Erin Barnhart.
PUBLIC COMMENT
The following spoke in favor of a lease agreement for the Redding Motorsports Park / Redding Drag Strip, located on Old Oregon Trail, relative to item no. 3D: Lionel Bell, Chris Bixler, Kenny Cox, Cole Burris , Alveen Gideon , Melynda Burbage , Tyler Marchione , Doug Reed , Tyler Ritcheson, Dusty Bullen, Tim Gibbons, Troy A. Baugh, and Tony Trimp.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 5:16 p.m., Mayor Littau opened the Special Meeting and announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session.
At the hour of 6:14 p.m., Mayor Littau reconvened the Special Meeting to Open Session and reported that in reference to:
