The meeting was called to order by Mayor Mike Littau with the following Council Members present: Dr. Paul Dhanuka, Jack Munns, and Erin Resner. Council Member Tenessa Audette was absent.
Also present: Interim City Attorney Benjamin Stock, City Manager William Tarbox, Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director Michael Webb, City Clerk Sharlene Tipton, and Executive Assistant II Erin Barnhart.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Littau announced that no one present wished to speak regarding the following Closed Session items.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 5:04 p.m., Mayor Littau announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session.
At the hour of 6:03 p.m., Mayor Littau reconvened the Closed Session to Open Session and reported that in reference to:
