The meeting was called to order at 3:05 p.m. by Mayor Mike Littau with the following Council Members present: Tenessa Audette, Dr. Paul Dhanuka , and Jack Munns. Council Member Erin Resner arrived at 3:30 p.m.
Also present: Interim City Attorney Benjamin L. Stock, City Manager William Tarbox, Personnel Director Kari Kibler, and City Clerk Sharlene Tipton.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Littau announced that no one present wished to speak regarding the following Closed Session item.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 3:06 p.m., Mayor Littau announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session.
At the hour of 8:36 p.m., Mayor Littau reconvened the Closed Session to Open Session and reported that in reference to:
