The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. by Vice Mayor Dr. Paul Dhanuka with the following Council Members present: Tenessa Audette, Jack Munns, and Erin Resner. Mayor Mike Littau was absent.
Also present: Interim City Attorney Mary Anne Wagner, City Manager William Tarbox, Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director Michael Webb, City Clerk Sharlene Tipton, and Executive Assistant II Erin Barnhart.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Vice Mayor Dr. Dhanuka announced that no one present wished to speak regarding the following Closed Session items.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 5:05 p.m., Vice Mayor Dr. Dhanuka announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session.
At the hour of 5:45 p.m., Vice Mayor Dr. Dhanuka reconvened the Closed Session to Open Session and reported that in reference to:
