The meeting was called to order at 4:06 p.m. by Mayor Mike Littau with the following Council Members present: Tenessa Audette, Jack Munns, and Erin Resner. Vice Mayor Dr. Paul Dhanuka arrived at 4:08 p.m.
Also present: Assistant City Attorney Stacy Larson, City Manager William Tarbox , City Clerk Sharlene Tipton, and Executive Assistant II Erin Barnhart.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Littau announced that no one present wished to speak regarding the following Closed Session items.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 4:08 p.m., Mayor Littau announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session.
At the hour of 5:14 p.m., Mayor Littau reconvened the Closed Session to Open Session and reported that in reference to:
