The meeting was called to order at 4:34 p.m. by Mayor Mike Littau with the following Council Members present: Tenessa Audette, Jack Munns, and Erin Resner. Vice Mayor Dr. Paul Dhanuka arrived at 4:45 p.m.
Also present: Interim City Attorney Mary Anne Wagner , Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director Michael Webb, City Clerk Sharlene Tipton, and Executive Assistant II Erin Barnhart.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Littau announced that no one present or via two-way audio wished to speak regarding the following Closed Session items.

At the hour of 4:35 p.m., Mayor Littau announced that the Council would adjourn to Closed Session.

Title: Interim City Manager
Interim City Attorney Wagner stated that in accordance with Government Code Section 54957.1, the City Council voted unanimously to appoint Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director Michael Webb to the position of Interim City Manager.
