Scope of Work:
• Demolition of existing Renkus Heinz main left, right, and center clusters, front fills, balcony delay speakers, and ground subwoofers.
• Installation of new d&b left, right, and center arrays, subwoofer array, front fill, balcony delay speakers, and ground subwoofers.
• Design and engineer new rigging system for left, right, center, and subwoofer arrays and provide all required rigging hardware.
• Existing wench hoists will be re-used for this project. • Provide and install new conduits for additional cable requirements including junction boxes and loudspeaker connection panels.
Install new 8AWG speaker cables from existing 4" conduit at center cluster position to left and right arrays, and new ground subwoofers.
. Install new d&b amplifiers and audio network bridge into existing equipment racks. Old, unused amplifiers and processing to be removed. Re-dress equipment racks as needed • Program and calibrate audio processors in d&b amplifiers, equalize and tune new loudspeaker system.

Clarifications and Assumptions:
1) Existing speaker cable home runs from center cluster location to main equipment racks, front fills, ind balcony delays will be re-used and are assumed to be functioning 2) If required, electrical power, grounding, and circuit panels are provided by others New rigging shall be reviewed and stamped by a licensed structural engineer; associated costs are included.
4) Equipment rentals, including lifts are included.
5) No subcontractors will be used on this project.
6) Prevailing wages are included.
7) All inbound and outbound freight, sales tax, and travel expenses are included. 8) One (1) year warranty for work performed under this scope is included. 9) Cost for site parking is not included and assumed to be provided by the owner. 10) Escalating price increases from manufacturers are occurring across the board. d&b product not ordered prior to 12/31/2021 is subject up to a 7% price increase. This additional cost is presented as an option below. Pro Sound will honor all other prices included in base bid.

d&b Price Increase (After 12/31/2021) $17,201.33 (includes additional sales tax) This quote is valid for 90-days (see Clarification 10). Please include this quote as part of agreed purchase order or contract. Payment terms are negotiable.
