Please note that the City of Torrance is self-insured for automobile, general and professional liability for up to $5,ooo,ooo per occurrence. There is $zo,ooo,ooo of coverage in place in excess of the $5,ooo'ooo self-insured retention.
The City is self-insured for Worker's Compensation for up to $z,ooo,ooo per occurrence and has excess coverage in place for occurrences over this amount.
The City haJa formal self-insurance program and funds available to pay potential claims and judgements.
The City ofTorrance agrees to include the City of Redondo Beach as additional Protected Parties under the self-insured general liability program but solely as to the activity and coverage period noted above.
