On January 31, 2022, the City Clerk received notification from Commissioner Couig requesting an excused absence for the January 31, 2022 Public Safety Meeting for health reasons.
On February 1, 2022 the City Clerk received notification from Commissioner Dr. Zaremski requesting an excused absence for the February 16, 2022 Historical Commission Meeting for personal reasons.
On February 24, 2022 the City Clerk received notification from Commissioner Gupta requesting an excused absence for the February 23, 2022 Public Safety Commission Meeting for health reasons.
On February 14, 2022 the City Clerk received notification from Commissioner Lamb requesting an excused absence for the March 3, 2022 Planning Commission Meeting for personal reasons.
On February 4, 2022 the City Clerk received notification from Commissioner Galassi requesting an excused absence for the March 2, 2022 Preservation Commission Meeting for business reasons.
BACKGROUND
As of September 3, 2019, the City Council authorized the City Clerk to revise the policy pertaining to requests for excused absences, whereby Board Members and Commissioners are now required to communicate impending absences directly to the City Clerk for processing.
