On November 21, 2021, the City Clerk received notification from GPAC Member Solomon requesting an excused absence for the November 30, 2021 GPAC Meeting for business reasons.
On March 10, 2022, the City Clerk received notification from Commissioner Conroy requesting an excused absence for the March 10, 2022 Budget & Finance Meeting for personal reasons.
On March 31, 2022, the City Clerk received notification from GPAC Member Stodder requesting an excused absence for the March 31, 2022 GPAC Meeting for personal reasons.
BACKGROUND
As of September 3, 2019, the City Council authorized the City Clerk to revise the policy pertaining to requests for excused absences, whereby Board Members and Commissioners are now required to communicate impending absences directly to the City Clerk for processing.
