Justin requested that we provide an hourly rate composite for the work required to install lighting poles at the pier.
Following is our proposal.
The labor rate is based on the following composite rate.
Foreman 107.39 P/H
Journeyman 98.68 P/H
75% Apprentice 77.70 P/H
Total $ 283.77
Average = 3 Men at $94.77 P/H
Cost = $94.77 × 10% Mark-up (Overhead + Profit)
The hourly rate will be $104.25 per hour for each of the 3 electricians.
In addition, we will provide 1 helper at $35.00 per hour.
Each day Pacifica will have 3 electricians and 1 helper on the job.
The total cost per day will be $2,782.00.
Pacifica Electrical Contractors will provide seven days of labor for a total of $19,474.00.
We are hopeful that we will install four poles or more each day.

Time and Materials Rate Schedule for Electrical Service work:
Morrow-Meadows Corporation proposes the following for electrical service work at the City of Redondo Beach:
1. Labor: These rates are inclusive of mark-ups for overhead and profit. The labor rates are fully burdened, inclusive of all taxes, benefits, and insurance and at prevailing wage.

*Rates and proposal are valid through 7-31-2022.
2. Materials, Subcontractors, Rental Equipment and Direct Job Expenses Invoicing for materials, direct job expenses and equipment at published trade pricing; subcontractors at invoice.
3. Mark-Up/Fee
Morrow-Meadows Corporation will apply 15% fee to costs listed in item 2 above.
