FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE
CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDONDO BEACH AND KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC.
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT ("First Amendment") is made between the CITY OF REDONDO BEACH, a chartered municipal corporation ("City"), and KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, lNC., a California corporation ("Consultant").
WHEREAS, on January 5, 2021, City and Consultant entered into to the Consultant Services Agreement ("the "Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, City and Consultant desire to amend the Agreement to increase Consultant's total compensation limit from the arnount of $50,000 to $100,000.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual covenants contained herein, and intending to be legally bound, the parties hereby agree to make the following amendment to the Agreement:
Not to Exceed Amount. Notlvithstandin g the foregoing, the total amount paid to Consultant shall not exceed $100,000
No Other Amendme nts Except as expressly stated herein, the Agreement shall remain 2 uncnanged and in full force and effect. The Agreement and First Amendment constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous oral or written agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof. lntheeventof any inconsistency between the terms of the Agreement and the First Amendment, the terms of this First Amendment shall govern.
3. Authoritv. City warrants and represents that upon City Council approval, the Mayor of the city of Redondo Beach is duly authorized to enter into and execute this Agreement on behalf of City. The party signing on behalf of Consultant warrants and represents that he or she is duly authorized to enter into and execute this Agreement on behalf of Consultant, and shall be personally liable to City if he or she is not duly authorized to enter into and execute this Agreement on behalf of Consultant.

'l . Modiflcation of Terms. Section 3 of Exhibit "C" of the Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
