Re: Fee Proposal for – City of Redondo Beach Galleria Tenant Improvement Project Mr. Shiang,
Bureau Veritas North America, Inc. (BVNA) is pleased to submit our fee proposal to provide plan review services for City of Redondo Beach Galleria Tennant Improvement Project. Our proposed fixed fee is based on a project valuation of $55,000,000.00.
This fee includes the first review plus two rechecks with the initial review being completed with 15 working days of receiving approval and associated documents. The fee schedule in effect at the beginning of the contract shall be held as the rates for any subsequent reviews and/or extra service work for the duration of the project unless the contract completion date is extended due to changes initiated and a new rate structure is included in the contract extension.
