Thank you for the opportunity for CSG Consultants (CSG) to present our cost proposal to provide building plan check services to the City of Redondo Beach.
Scope of Work
The City has requested plan check services for the South Bay Galleria Mall Renovation. CSG understands this project to be a plan review for the renovation of the existing mall, basement, parking structure, and associated site work. The project encompasses 29.24 acres. The project is occupancy type M, type II-B fully sprinklered construction, and has a valuation of $55 million.
Cost
CSG cost for providing the aforementioned services is provided in the following attachment. CSG’s plan review services will be provided according to the turnaround times indicated in the table below.
