CITY COUNCIL DIRECTION
City Council affirmed the input and directed staff to issue an RFP with the following requirements:
Facility open to the public;
Incorporates the City’s history and the arts;
Incorporates the use of outdoor space, where possible;
Includes a café or food service options; and
Provides opportunities for residents to use the facility at a reduced rate.
