Scope:
Code Compliance Plan Review of 95/100% Constructions Documents to 2019 California Building Code and applicable city ordinances / standards.
Fee Arrangement:
Plan Review $ 217,000.00 (Fixed Fee)
Revisions, ASI’s, RFI’s after approval $ 125.00 / hr
This fee includes complete building plan review including all meetings until project approval. Plan review to be completed within 20 working days of receiving approval and associated documents.
This fee does not include future revisions made to the plans after approval of such documents. Any future revisions and deferred submittals to have an hourly fee of $125/hr.
This proposal excludes civil and Fire reviews. Both reviews can be provided per separate terms upon request.
Invoicing:
50% due upon completion of first review with the remaining 50% due upon approval of final plans.
