Code Compliance Plan Review of 95/100% Constructions Documents to 2019 California Building Code and applicable city ordinances / standards.
Fee Arrangement:
Fire Plan Review $ 37,686.00 (Fixed Fee)
Based on an estimated fire plan review of: $68,519
Revisions, ASI’s, RFI’s after approval $ 140.00 / hr
This fee includes complete building plan review including all meetings until project approval. Initial plan review to be completed within 20 working days of receiving approval and associated documents. Subsequent reviews to be completed in 10 working days.
This fee does not include future revisions made to the plans after approval of such documents. Any future revisions and deferred submittals to have an hourly fee of $140/hr.
Invoicing:
50% due upon completion of first review with the remaining 50% due upon approval of final plans.
