EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City Council adopted Resolution CC-2204-022 (“Resolution”) establishing a Charter Review Advisory Committee (“Committee”) on May 17, 2022 and appointed members and alternate members. The Council thereafter amended the resolution on June 14th. The City Council made a referral motion last week on November 1, 2022, to return on November 8th for discussion to further amend the resolution so that the Committee can continue its work.
